    Windshield Chip and Crack Repair

    Not every chip or crack requires a full windshield replacement. Our windshield repair process injects a clear resin into the damaged area, restoring structural integrity and preventing the damage from spreading.

    What Can Be Repaired

    • Bullseye Chips — Circular damage from a direct rock impact; usually quarter-sized or smaller
    • Star breaks — Short cracks radiating from a central impact point
    • Combination breaks — A bullseye with short radiating cracks
    • Crack lines — Single cracks up to 6 inches long (depending on location)

    What Can't Be Repaired

    • Cracks longer than 6 inches
    • Damage in the driver's direct line of sight (repairs can leave slight distortion)
    • Damage at the edge of the windshield (compromises structural seal)
    • Multiple cracks from a single impact point
    • Damage that has been contaminated with dirt, water, or cleaning products

    How Repair Works

    • The damaged area is cleaned and dried
    • A vacuum is applied to remove air from the break
    • Clear resin is injected under pressure, filling the chip or crack
    • UV light cures the resin to full hardness
    • The surface is polished flush with the surrounding glass

    Repair time: 15–30 minutes. Cost: Typically $50–$100 per chip — and often covered by insurance with no deductible.

    Windshield Installation & Replacement

    When damage is too extensive for repair, we provide full windshield replacement using OEM-equivalent or OEM glass with proper adhesives and installation procedures.

    Mobile Windshield Replacement

    Can’t come to us? We come to you. Our mobile windshield replacement service brings the same professional equipment, glass quality, and installation expertise to your home, office, or wherever your vehicle is parked.

    How Mobile Service Works

    • We arrive — Our mobile unit comes fully equipped with glass, adhesives, and tools
    • We Replace — Same professional process as our shop, performed on-site in your driveway or parking lot
    • Safe Drive-away — We confirm the adhesive cure time before you drive

    Mobile Service Requirements

    • Vehicle must be parked on a level surface with clearance to open doors fully
    • Temperature above 40°F for proper adhesive curing (we reschedule in extreme cold)
    • Area sheltered from heavy rain or wind (garage, covered parking preferred)

    Mobile service is available for most windshield replacements. Complex jobs involving ADAS calibration may require a shop visit for the calibration step.

    Rear Window Replacement

    Rear windows (backlights) take damage from collisions, vandalism, road debris, and thermal stress. Tempered rear windows shatter completely when they fail, requiring full replacement.

    Unlike windshields (which are laminated and may crack but stay intact), tempered rear windows shatter into thousands of small pieces. We handle complete cleanup of your vehicle interior and trunk/cargo area as part of the replacement.

    Replacement

    Side Window Replacement

    Side windows — including front door glass, rear door glass, quarter windows, and vent windows — are all tempered glass that shatters on impact. We replace side windows on all vehicle makes and models.

    • Break-in damage— the most common cause of side window replacement
    • Road debris impact— rocks and gravel kicked up at highway speed
    • Accident damage— collision damage to door glass and quarter panels

    Power Window Regulators

    If your side window dropped inside the door or won't go up/down, the issue may be the power window regulator — the mechanical assembly that raises and lowers the glass. We diagnose and replace failed regulators as part of our side window service.

    Quarter and Vent Windows

    Small fixed and pivoting windows at the front and rear corners of your vehicle. These are common targets for break-ins because they're easy to punch out. We replace all quarter and vent window types including fixed, hinged, and pop-out styles.
